The Reunion Team

What does it take to pull off a 10-year reunion in 3 months? Ask these people. Chances are, you've gotten at least one call and/or e-mail from one of us in the past few weeks trying to track you down!

Kallie Haas

Event coordinator extraordinaire, Kallie's pretty much responsible for putting together the actual event details, assembling a rockin' team, and generally making sure everything happens. Her car, her cell phone and her facebook list have been put through the ringer getting ready for the event. Because, you know, a super-hero can only do so much.

Marissa Panganiban

Pre-event logistics like figuring out expenses, ticketing, mailing, and any website-related activity — no, not that kind of website-related activity — are her domain. She's got a website she never updates floating around in case you're bored at work: www.marissap.com

Sean Flanagan

We call Sean the Master Sleuther, because he keeps control of the massive Class of 2000 contact list and keeps us in line when the flood of details threaten to drown us all. He's also in training for the upcoming Chicago Marathon and is looking for help fundraising: http://pages.teamintraining.org/il/chicago10/sflanagc0g

Jessica Avila Torres

Jessica "The Tracker" Avila has proven herself to be invaluable in finding those elusive classmates no one else can find. Not even facebook's message limit will stop her from contacting every person on her list, and then some!

Stephanie Wade

Madame Haute Apple is the creative mind that designed the beautiful invites as well as some mysterious day-of event surprises. Check out her chic culinary blog at: www.hauteapplepie.com

Wanna join us?

It's not too late to join the team in case you're interested in helping us out! Although we've gone through our list of nearly 500, there are still a few people we've yet to find. We've also got a reunion book and some other small projects still in the works in preparation for the event, as well as some day-of event stuff we can't do all by ourselves. Throw us an e-mail at mainewest2000@gmail.com and let us know if you can help. Or, if you or someone you know has a business you'd like to advertise in the reunion book, go here.

Typical end-of-day scene after hours of classmate tracking and event planning.
