Sponsored by the service corps of student council, the new Student Council Honor Study room at Maine West will be ready for use approximately one month from today. Students who have maintained a C average in each of their subjects the previous semester and have been recommended by their homeroom teachers will be able to use the facilities provided.

The Honor Study room will be furnished and carpeted, and soft drinks will be available through a vending machine. Smoking is prohibited as it is throughout the high school grounds.
