Find Your Career Here

Each student at Maine West is cordially invited to attend the twelfth Annual Chicago Area Career conference on Saturday, April 2. This conference, presented at the Illinois Institute of Technology, is open to every high school student interested in obtaining excellent firsthand information on careers in which he is interested.

Why should YOU attend the Career conference? The most important reason is that you can gain a great deal from each of the panel discussions. As the 32 professions to be covered in four fine sessions include such varied fields as art, home economics, engineering, and professional entertainment, it is likely that any occupation you are interested in will be represented.

You may find this an opportunity to make a final decision as to the occupational field you wish to enter, or you may simply look around among the many and varied fields and find several which appear attractive. Although the conference will not provide personal guidance, you can gain valuable information from the panelists, each an expert in his chosen profession.

All this can be done in a single day at no cost to you. You will return home after one visit with impressions and comparisons of four different professional occupations. Where can you find a better opportunity to gain career information than this?
