Conference On Careers Approaches

The twelfth annual Chicago Area Career conference will be sponsored by the Chicago Sun Times, along with the Illinois Institute of Technology and the Chicago Technical Societies council, on April 2.

This conference is open to all Chicago area students who want information to help them plan future careers. It will be held at the college buildings of the Illinois Institute of Technology at 33rd and Federal streets in Chicago.

Consisting of 32 panel sessions, the conference will feature informative talks by famous personalities. These panels are divided into four time segments, eight panels being conducted at a time.

The objectives of this conference are to give information about the many occupational fields and to help undecided students make final career choices.

All who register will receive acknowledgement through the mail.

Student cafeterias, with moderately priced food, will serve students. Free parking is available. CTA buses and the elevated go directly to the school.

Registration blanks may be obtained in the personnel office from Mr. John Clouser, director of student personnel. There are no fees or charges of any kind.
