Pancakes Will Bring West Scoreboard

With the purpose of buying a swimming scoreboard for Maine West in mind, the Des Plaines Lion's Club is sponsoring a pancake meal on Saturday, April 9, in the Maine West cafeteria.

Aunt Jemima will be present to talk about cooking tips, and everyone is welcome to say "hello" to her. Tickets are $1 for adults and 50 cents for children, and serving run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

"This is for a good cause, and we hope everyone who possibly can, will support it," remarked Mr. Gene Zuccarini, M-Club sponsor. "I believe the people will be more than satisfied and will get their money's worth." All you can eat will be the feature of the day. M-Club members are currently selling tickets.
