Lush tropical scenery sets the theme for "Hawaiian Sketch," the water ballet show presented by the Aquiana club of Maine West and the Terapin club of Maine East. The first performance was held last night.
The show will run tonight and Saturday night and will begin at 8 p.m. at Maine West's pools. Tickets are still on sale for 75 cents.
The first number on the program is the "Bamboo Forest," directed by Lynne Marriett, senior. Members of the Aquiana club participating are Ellen Cameron,, Jill Dowey, Lora Eckert, Linda Elling, Sharon Fogelquist, Marilyn Harrigan, Nancy Herzog, Kris Hatfield, Lynda Holm, Tanya Hostetler,

The second number, "Volcanoes," directed by Lora Eckert, sophomore, is performed by Jane Mountford, Carol Nagel, Faith Olson, and Lynn Ruark. The third number, "Bugs," directed by Lynn Ruark, junior, is performed by Jill Dowey, Sharon Fogelquist, Jane Mountford, Carol Nagel, and Midge Wolfram.
"Fish," the fourth number, is directed by Gretchen Rider, sophomore, and Sharon Fogelquist, sophomore. Performing in it are Ellen Cameron, Jan Kuhrt, Holly Meilstrup, and Tinker Ouse.
