"Moonglow", Maine West's first summer dance will be held on July 22 from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. in the cafeteria and student lounge.

The dance, sponsored by the Student Council, is arranged to provide a chance for students to get together with their friends during the summer vacation.

Heading the various commit­tees are Carri Perez, general chairman; Nicki Rappaport and Judy Reid, bids; Scott Dunlap, Rick Warnicke, and Ron Erdman, publicity; Tom Prochaska, John Bernero, Karen Fischer, Ann Kulik, and Melody Pabst, decorations; Janie Jacobs, tickets; and Barb White, guests of honor.

Carri declares, "Everyone should come; the music and decorations are going to be fabulous!" The dance is open to everyone at $1.50 per couple. Dress is semi‑formal, and corsages are in order. Tickets may be purchased at the door as well as before the close of school in the cafeteria.
