The annual Christmas post office, sponsored by the Boys' club, began this year on December 16. The last day for the delivering of cards will be December 22.
In addressing a card to friend at Maine West, write his name, homeroom, class, and wing. Cards should be brought to the dressing room behind the auditorium for mailing. The cost is 3 cents per card.
Cards must be turned in before school or during the designated periods. Members of the Boys' club will be on hand to answer any questions. Delivery will be during the homeroom period. On cards for Maine East students include name, homeroom code number, and class on the envelope. The charge for these will be the same.

Mr. Wayne D. Rosenquist, sponsor of Boys' club, stated that the proceeds from the post office will be given to the school athletic fund. The fund has been set up to give aid to those boys injured in school sports. Some needy students are also aided by this project.
Captains have been appointed to see that distribution is completed on schedule. One boy has been put in charge of each class: freshmen, Bob Young; sophomores, Bob Ipson; juniors, Mike Blazek; and seniors, Tim Byram.
General chairman for the post office are Joe Byers and Chuck Reid, president and vice‑president, respectively, of Boys' club.
