The Sim's Bowl Junior Traveling team shot a 2916 team series last Sunday. Leaders for the event were Tom Neil, 248‑688; Tim Hunt 231, 233‑640; and Jerry Kautter, 204-580. The two victories moved the team up to second place in the Northwest Suburban Junior Traveling League.

The team also sports high league team average, high individual league series, second high individual game, and high team series. Averages for the six man team are Tim Hunt, 197; Tom Neill, 185; Bruce Klein, 184; Jerry Kautter, 179; Bob Ruth, 176; and Jay Jenni, 175. All are seniors at Maine West with the exception of Bruce Klein who is a sophomore.
