When asked 'What is your concept of brotherhood?" here is what some of the new members of Brotherhood Society had to say.
Dave Arnswald '71 - I believe that Brotherhood is the spreading of good will among people. You should help other people who aren't as fortunate as we are.
Jo Dee Rowells '72 - Just being kind to everyone else and to help those who aren't fortunate enough to have what we have.
Steve Baenziger '69 - Brotherhood is the realization that people are your equals and then working for a substantive equality.
Joanne Pabich '70 - Brotherhood is really being interested in everyone and trying to help them.
Gary Williams '72 - I think that in Brotherhood everyone works as a unit for one goal. They should understand other people's problems and try to help.
Roxy Doremus '71 - Just be natural and yourself. Don't put on an act.
Bob Aulert '69 - Brotherhoood is going out of your way to help people while treating them equally.

Betsy Huxman '70 - Brotherhood is being unprejudiced and being friendly towards everyone.
Ken Steinken '72 - I think that it should be promoted among all men. Without it the world couldn't go on.
Nancy Hower '69 - Brotherhood is devotion to one's fellow human beings.
Joe Szabo '70 - Brotherhood is being friendly and trying to help everyone, but not going out of your way to do so. If you are brotherly, these things would come naturally; and you wouldn't feel like you were going out of your way.
Sue Black '71 - Being yourself and still being kind to others.
Kathy Jordan '72 - Brotherhood is being nice to your fellow students and really meaning it.
Greg Wilkins '71 - Brotherhood is taking people for what they are.
Debbie Wojak '71 - Brotherhood, to me, means respecting a person for what he is, not who he is. It also is being able to realize what a person's faults are and be mature enough to accept them.
Hans Wahl '69 - Brotherhood is treating everyone as a human being regardless of race, religion, belief, or political philosophy.
