Equally as important as the people in the play are the animals. Portraying the animals will be Alice Mott '69 as the lamb, Jeff Hanus '70 as the lion, Shelby Wessell '71 as the cow, and John Berner '70 as the elephant.
Also appearing will be Cindy Dunn '72 as the bear, Sue Winn '70 as the monkey, Dorothy Burchard '71 as the wolf, and Deb Kurcab '71 as the tiger.
Dave Picon '69 will be designing all costumes for the play. Set design will be done by Mr. Robert Norris.
"Sets have been designed to be nonrealistic, sort of a fantasy like the play itself," explained Mr. Norris.
Mr. Norris continued, "It is a lovely, lyrical, romantic treatment of the Biblical story of Noah, a man who sets sail on an ark with his family, three neighboring girls, and a host of unusual animals."
Jim Hoekstra '69 is this year's student director. Mr. Merel Marine will be supervising lighting for Noah.
