Cub Stall Edits Edition,
Experiences Problems

If the reader hasn't already noticed anything different about this issue, it is not the same as it always has been. This is the Cub Edition.

Once a year the journalism classes compose one issue of the newspaper. The journalism classes normally write t h e stories, and the staff arranges them on the pages. For the Cub Edition, the journalism classes planned the paper, wrote the stories, and arranged them on the pages.

Choosing the stories, fitting them on the pages, correcting errors, and placing pictures are just a few of the problems the Cub staff faced within the limit of two short weeks. The Cub staff has been working under trying conditions considering the schedule of this week.

One of the problems the staff faces every issue is students not turning in their stories on time or even turning them in at all. For example, this story is a fill‑in for one that was never turned in.
