Plans for this year's Senior Prom, "Prelude," are well under way; and committees are now being formed. Judy Bergera, Post‑Prom Committee chairman, is, however, having some difficulty in arranging the activities.

Three suggested plans were recently presented to the members of the Senior Class, but all were defeated when presented to the Senior homerooms by their representatives. The first plan consisted of a dream train to Fort Madison, Iowa, and a picnic lunch in one of the state parks.

Another trip was planned to Illinois State Beach in Zion from 6 am, to 6 p.m.

The third plan also consisted of a trip to Illinois State Beach. The group would spend the day at a nearby hotel where several activities, including swimming, are provided.
