Student Council elections for' president, vice‑president, and secretary have already taken place. These offices are held by Larry Portman '71, Jerry Palz, '71 and Amy Robertson '71, respectively; but there are other posts that can be held in Council, such as the commitee chairmen.

The four chairmen of the Student Council committees are Joy Gunderson '72, service; Carol Gigante '72, social. Paulette Jados '71, public relations; and Donna Kuykendall '71, organizations.

Other offices are the chairmen of the AFS and Central Suburban League. Claire Robertson '73 and Amy Robertson '71 are these elected representatives.

Lynn Stevens '71 is the new corresponding secretary‑treasurer for 1970‑71, and the V‑Show director for next year is Rene Hoekstra '71.

These elections were held in Student Council last week. Both upper and lower house took part in the elections. Elections for homeroom representatives will be coming up soon.

This year's Student Council officers are Dave Atkinson '70, president; Debbie Lusk, '70, secretary; and Joe Szabo '70, vice‑preident. The sponsors are Miss Marcia Storey and Mr. Robert Cassidy.

Petitions for class officer are available in the Student Council office.
