Juniors Hold Prom, |
Saturday, May 16, was this year's Junior Prom, "Sura‑O‑Matsuri," which means cherry blossom festival. The theme was oriental; and as couples entered the auditorium, a Japanese man was atop the stairs, sounding a gong to announce the arrivals. |
A‑201 was used for the refreshments. Fortune cookies and punch were served. The bids were different than in other years. They were rolled up in a scroll, instead of the flat, book-like bids. |
