Senior Class To Hold Prom At
Michigan Shores Club

This year's Senior P r o m, "Knight of Nights," will be held at Michigan Shores Club in Wilmette on Friday, June 4, from 8:30 until 11:30 p.m.

The whole second floor of the club will be used for the prom. The club resembles a castle to correspond with the theme of the prom. The Ross Anderson Orchestra will provide the entertainment for the evening. Each girl will receive a bid and a charm to remember the prom.

Tickets are on sale now in the bookstore for $2 per couple.

One person of each couple must be a member of the Senior Class. Inside each of the tickets there are directions and a map of how to get to the club.

Each senior received an invitation in homeroom inviting them to attend the prom. The invitations are to be returned to the main office by May 24 if seniors are planning to attend.

Refreshments for the prom will be punch and hors d'oeuvres. They will be served throughout the evening.

Sharon Busse '71 is chairman of the whole prom this year. She commented, "I would like to thank the print shop for all their help in making the tickets, invitations, maps, and bids. Thanks also to Mr. Meles and Mrs. Muckle. The class would not have been able to do anything without them."

Instead of the usual pictures at the prom, there will be an added attraction of "Photo Buttons." The photographer will have the buttons ready in three minutes after the pictures are taken. The buttons are small mirrors with a colored picture of the couple on the back.

Dress for the evening is formals for the girls and tuxedos for the boys.
