Junior Class Holds Prom

On Saturday evening, May 15, the Junior Class presented their annual prom, "We've Only Just Begun." It was held in the auditorium from 8 p.m. until 11 p.m. The Al Ford Orchestra was featured.

Different juniors were in charge of the committees for the prom. Kathy Jordan was the head of the decorations committee. The decorations consisted mainly of a spring garden with flowers, a well, and a swing. All of the decorations were centered around a spring theme. JoDee Rowells was in charge of the refreshments committee. Punch and cookies were served throughout the evening.

The publicity committee was headed by Terry Kastens and Debbie Harsh. Their‑job was to sell the tickets during the lunch periods and make posters. Tickets cost $3.75 per couple. One person of each couple had to be a member of the Class of 1972.

The dress for the night was formal for girls and suits for the boys.
