"Chances Are," this year's Girls' Choice Dance will be held on Saturday, March 13, in the Maine West auditorium.
"The scenery for the dance will be much like that of the restaurant, Beef 'n Barrel," according to Carol Gigante '72. Carol is this year's committee chairman of the dance. The scenery will include throwing peanuts on the floor.
Tickets are $2 a couple and may be purchased in the bookstore. The dance will last from 8:30-11:30 p.m. Sunday best is the appropriate dress.
Student Council will sponsor the dance for the second year. Student Council is under the supervision of Mr. Harvey Kelber and Mr. Randall Rayborn.

The students who are in charge of ticket sales this year are Donna Holst '73 and Helen Darras '73. Handling refreshments will be Phil Vaccarello '73. Lori Rowells '73 is in charge of decorations, and Gail Singer '73 is in charge of publicity for the dance.
"We have real hope that the dance will be a success, and I urge all students to come out for the dance. It should be a lot of fun," commented Helen Darras who reminds girls tickets will be on sale starting two weeks before the dance.
Unlike other years the dance will not have a prize for the best corsage made by a girl for her date.
