Intramurals
On May 12 the all-school track meet was held. In the low hurdles, event winners were Glen Kurfess '72 and Vito Burnetti '73. In the 50-yard dash, winners were Ken Steiken '72, Vito Burnetti '73, and Mark Skarning '74. The 440 winners were Paul Helfers '72, Fred Tennyson '73, and Mark Skarning '72. In the long jump event the following were winners in their class: Bob Kinney '72, Fred Tennyson '73, and Mark Skarning '74. In the 880 event winners were Cy Berg '72 and Joe Long '73. Winners in the shot put event were Gary Everett '72, Vito Brunetti '73, and Mark Skarning '74. Intramural volleyball was completed recently. Members of the winning senior team were Larry Daniels, Jim Drieling, Joe Hanley, Jeff Liggett, Chris Mielke, Ed Mueller, Leon Popowski, and Todd Wiedner. Winning in the junior division were Mark Drysch, Garyt Dahl, Phil DaProte, James Nolan, Joe Prange, Nick Tywan, and Phil Vaccarello.
