United Charities Hold Carnival

United Charities is holding their fifteenth annual Ramble Carnival on Wednesday, June 14. The carnival will be held at the Chevy Chase Country Club in Wheeling, Routes 68 at 21 from 4-11 p.m.

The profit from the carnival goes to help the United Charities, one of Chicago's oldest family agencies. Each year it assists more than 60,000 families and individuals.

This agency gives essential guidance and counseling to those families and individuals who need assistance with their personal problems. They may go to either the United Charities' Family Service Bureau or the Legal Aid Bureau.

Tickets bought in advance are $4 or $5 at the door. This ticket enables one to go on all the rides one wants in addition to special entertainment. Children under four
will be admitted free when accompanied by an adult ticket holder. For additional information call 939-5930, extension 207 in Chicago.

A coupon book may also be purchased for the price of $5. This book contains 14 coupons for year-round entertainment. Tickets included are Arby's, Armand's Restaurant, Barnaby's, Chances R, Chicken Unlimited, Edens I Theatre, Edens II Theatre, and Evanston I Theatre.

The book also contains the following tickets: Evanston II Theatre, M. & R Theatres, Pickwick Theatre, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Skylark Drive-In, Western Open Golf Championship, and one ticket to the carnival. At the carnival there will be free parking, picnicing, a jazz concert, plus unlimited rides.
