Letter To The Editor

Dear Editor:

I would like to say that the last issue of the Westerner was very good. There were many articles, and they were all interesting. This time everyone was exclaiming how well done it was. It had a little of everything - humor, facts, club news; it was all well done.

I especially thought the articles on whether long hair should be cut for court and the pros and cons of a smoking lounge were extremely good.

The article, "Long Hair Faces Trial in Present Courts," was well written. It got straight to the point. The author proved her feelings completely.

The article of "The Pros and Cons of a Smoking Lounge" gave both sides without the writer's opinion showing through. You can tell he got facts and knew exactly what he was talking about.

The only thing I didn't like was the page on V-Show. It wasn't really that funny (I take it that the article was supposed to be funny). Last year a whole page was not wasted on V-Show. Instead, only one article was written on the V-Show, and it was interesting and well done.

I hope that the type of paper the last issue was will continue in the issues to come.
