Plaines area would get involved because they would be involved in activities that they enjoy.
Student Council has formed a committee to look into what interests the students of Maine West. We feel this is totally necessary. In order for this place to be successful it needs the support of a wide range of teenagers. The City Council will be asked to appropriate funds under the Park District's supervision. Any further suggestions should be presented to this newspaper in room R‑210 or the Student Council suggestion box. When you fill out the questionnaire, be as honest and creative as possible because the results will affect you.
