Junior Leaders Selected

Each year sophomore girls who are interested in becoming a junior leader must submit an application which is made up of seven recommendations. These recommendations must come from an organization sponsor, homeroom teacher, the girl's current senior leader, her freshman and sophomore physical education teachers, and two classroom teachers. After they are evaluated by Miss Karen Kenyon, chairman of the girls' Physical Education Department, and by other members of the department, the girls are chosen.

This year Miss Kenyon has selected and announced 73 sophomore girls as Junior Leaders for the '73‑'74 school year.
