Creativity is a talent each individual possesses. Though most people don't give this talent a chance, everyone in some way or another can be creative.

Cartoons are a good way of expressing creative ideas.

Almost anyone can construct a cartoon without any effort at all. The Westerner staff appreciates this talent among students and would like to see more students

participating in the Westerner's contest for creative cartoons. Any cartoon adds variety to the Westerner and variety makes the reading more pleasurable and enjoyable to all.

If any student is interested in submitting a cartoon, please give the copy to Mr. George Walker, sponsor of the Westerner, or a member of the staff in R‑210. You don't have to be an artist to display creative ideas.
