Carnival To Bring Old Time Fun

Presidents' Council in cooperation with Student Council will be sponsoring a carnival on Saturday, March 10, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. including approximately 25 clubs and organizations. Games and services will be supplied by Fun Services of Mount Prospect.

The carnival will be held in the cafeteria and in C‑wing gym. Each individual club will receive 70 per cent of the net profit with Student Council receiving 30 per cent of the net profit. The split was decided on by Student Council who is in charge of the entire event. They will construct a main booth where all tickets will be sold.

Each club will be responsible for returning all tickets collected and all prizes which were not awarded to Student Council. The earnings will then be calculated on an individual basis, and 70 per cent of the net profit will be awarded to the respective clubs. Some of the booths that will be featured include the Moon Walk, 7‑11, Shoot the Chute, Bumper Cars, Fish Pond, and Zodiac Wheel. M‑Club will operate a concession stand from 11 a.m. ‑ 3 p.m.

Other events of the evening will include a spaghetti dinner sponsored by the Brotherhood Society from 3:30‑6:30, a 50's dance from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. a movie, and a play night featuring volleyball and roller skating.
