Rackettes Drop Two
The girls' tennis team started slowly with losses to conference opponents New Trier West on Wednesday and Niles North on Friday. In both away meets the only girl to come out successful was Cindy Liszewski '76. She won both her matches in the fourth singles slot.
This year's team consists of Kim Tuttle '74‑first singles, Monica Polacek '74‑second singles, Judy Bunn '74‑third singles, Cindy Liszewski '76‑fourth singles, Martha Clement '74‑fifth singles, and Irene Polacek '76‑sixth singles.

In the doubles competition Barb Schwarz '75 and Maureen Brock '74 are first doubles; Karen Neetz '74 and Karen Keister '76 are second doubles; Karen Batey '75 and Laurie Meissner '76 are third doubles; Rita Dolan '74 and Debbie Maday '74 are fourth doubles; and Robin Rapata '76 and Jane Krauser '75 are fifth doubles.
