Super Week Provides Fun for Everyone
Everyone is invited to engage in Super Week, March 25-30. Super Week is a week of various ways of dressing and a Saturday of dancing, games, and food. It will be a time when all students can join together to make a regular school day interesting and fun.

To start the Super Week off, Presidents' Council and Student Council ask that all students dress for the occasion. The first day, this Monday, will be Hat Day, when one may wear any size, shape, or color hat. Tuesday will be Farmer Day. Plan to wear Levis and overalls. A clash of clothes should be worn on Wednesday.

To bring back all the spirit left at home, Thursday has been dedicated to the Warriors. Sweaters, letters, or banners should be brought to school on this day. The last day of costumes will be on Friday, 50's Day. Skirts down past the knees, dark red lipstick, and ponytails for the girls, and boys with baggy pants, sweaters, and greased back hair will all be a part of this day. Cameras should be brought this whole week in order to capture the sights and mood of the week.
The excitement and action of Super Week has only been in preparation for Super Saturday. Saturday starts off with a carnival from 12 to 5 p.m. There will be 25 different games sponsored by various clubs, class councils, and honorary societies. The games will include such 11 things as gold fish, tic tac toe, and 7‑11.

After this lull day of fun, Brotherhood Society is sponsoring a spaghetti dinner between 4 and 7 p.m. The cost of the dinner will be $1.50 for adults and $1 for children 12 and under.

To keep things rolling, C‑wing will be reserved for roller skating for only $.20. This activity will be sponsored by German Club. There will be a movie "Duck Soup," with the Marx Brothers from 6 to 8 p.m. in the auditorium.

To conclude the action packed evening there will be a 50's Dance in the cafeteria. The juke box will be playing all the oldies but goodies. There will be pop served for $.05. Later that night there will be a dance contest and a best dressed one.
