Speech Team Has Dinner
Recently the speech team held its Annual Parents' Potluck dinner in honor of the parents. David Franks '74 opened the evening with a welcome and introduced the Speech and Drama Faculty. After the dinner Robert Limbrick '74 explained the purpose of competitive speech, then introduced the two part skit entitled "Saturday Morning" and "Saturday Afternoon." The performers were Brad Serani '75 as the father, Betsy Forkins '76 as his wife, and Janet Seitz '76 as his daughter.
Between the first and second parts of the skit, David Franks '74 presented a cutting from Waiting for Godot in Dramatic Interpretation. Mary Jo Zalabak '76 did a humorous Special Occasion Speech entitled "Panty Hose World", while Robert Limbrick '74 had an Original Comedy Speech on space ships entitled "UFOS."

June 6 will be a banquet for the Speech and Drama members. The Banquet will cost $3 to be paid in the bookstore.
