What will you miss most about Maine West?
Cathy Johnson - The award winning Maine West marching band.
Jeanette Lidinsky - Mr. Vaupel because he's the only teacher I ever talked to.
Marcia Strykowski - I'll miss fantastic chauvinistic friends in the Maine West driver's ed program; may they go on forever.
Pam Chimis - Mr. Nugent's rocks.
Becky Gunther - Everybody pretending they're in love and individualism. HA, HA, HA.
Ron Gill - Student teachers.
Kathy Rieck - Getting slips in homeroom every day for library fines.
Noreen Gilbertson - The weekend ski trips.
Sue Sherman - All the gossip.
Lance Carlile - Twenty degree fire drills.|
Kim Tuttle - I'll miss the volleyball team.
Ned Clesceri - Mr. Lindquist's colorful shirts.
Jim Kleiner - Indeed, I will miss the phantom bells in the lunchroom.
Carol Volberding - The sparkling social life in study halls.
Anthony Lloyd - The people, the school itself, and Mr. Coburn's smile.
Mary Fullen - Mr. Zuccarini, because he listens and he tries to help you.
Bernadette Binder - Late arrival at 12:30.
Gail Kaechele - Being a cheerleader.
Keith Koerner - Having an eraser fight with Mr. Porter.
Kathy Kruger - The baby powder fights in gym.
Bob Wilberscheid - The smelly locker rooms.
Paul Berner - My table in Art IV in the morning.
Carol Bruhn- The driver ed teachers, the art teachers, and all the good times and parties I've had.
Pam Schultz - I will miss my friends the most.
Kurt Winter - I shall miss the child care program.
Steve Niles - I will miss the Wandering Warrior.
Keith Sove - The wonderful times in photography class with Mr. Bragiel.
Scott Travis - Breaking out in a cold sweat on the way to the dean.
Tom Williams - The excellent food in the lunchroom, the gorgeous girls, trapsing through the halls, and the people in general.
Glenn Oland - I will miss working in the concession stand.
Lenore Jablonski - Lunch, getting my sleeve in gravy, and making baskets in the garbage cans with freshmen sitting around them.
Kathy Slodowy - I'll miss the whole school and all my good friends and memories.
Debby Jacunski - I think I'll miss all my friends, who are going off to college.
Carol Langlois - I will really miss Mr. Magnusson's big smile.
Shirley LeDonne - The people at Maine West.
Naomi Huck - I will miss everything except the homework, tests, and finals. I'll miss my friends as well as teachers; especially those that I received A's from. The teams may not have brought home firsts from state, but all have tried hard and I have enjoyed the various games and meets. I will miss the days of M-Club initiation, an the big white rabbit that hops around occasionally.
Laura Garrison - Mr. Shelhamer's threats of taking me to the dean.
Sue O'Neal - I'll miss all the school activities.
Robin Sebastion - The thousands of times I got yelled at.
Carol Slivka - The shows, Orchesis, concert Choir, and all the great people I got to know through them.
Ken Lukowski - Our purpose is not to question what the past has given us, but to perceive the idea that we, the people at Maine West, did it together.
Eileen Flynn - The grapevine.
Chris Pascente - Mr. Freeman and all the other neat people I got to know.
Rick DeMichele - My Christian friends.
Jim Boesche - Athletics, friends the easy life.
Kathy Stephenson - Mrs. Shallis, for being more than was expected.
Terri McCarthy - Every Friday the grilled cheese sandwiches.
Karen Neetz - I'll miss the P.E. Department.
Pam Mertes - I miss the most, the teachers yelling, "Don't run in the halls."
Jody Leer - Mr. Jobst and Breakfast Club.
Kim Thompson - Going to get bubble gum for the baseball team seventh period.
Carol Volberding - Sitting through three consecutive periods of PAR everyday.
Dan Cutter - I think I will miss all the people that helped me to get through my last year of this school.
Luanne Simon - I will miss all my great teachers because without them I would still be coming back next year.
Bill Henry - I will miss all the summer vacations that I will never have again.
