Paul Frost
The outstanding senior runner of the 1973-74 Maine West cross country team is Paul Frost. Paul was the leading senior point scorer on a team which came through with an excellent 21-1 record, the highest win total ever by a Warrior varsity cross country team.
Paul has been a cross country runner for all of his four years in high school, while running two seasons for the varsity squad. His accomplishments gained him a spot on the Central Suburban League's All‑Conference Squad, along with several other of his teammates.
