Concerned Students Work Together
in Student Council
"School's such a drag. If it wasn't for V‑Show, Homecoming, and other activities, I don't think we could stand it." Sound familiar? If it does, then let us introduce the organization that is responsible for those "little extras" that make school more tolerable.

Student Council is behind those activities and many more things that many of the students take for granted. It contains a group of concerned students who are interested and willing to give of their time to help organize and plan these activities.
This year's officers are President Pete Farmer '74, Vice-President Lance Carlile '74, Secretary Cindy Atkinson '74, and Treasurer Jeff Dennis '75. They're not the only ones involved with Student Council. Each homeroom should have a representative in Student Council.

The meetings are first period every day, and on Friday those that are not on the Executive Board may go to the Student Commons (PAR).

There are five different committees within Student Council. They are the Forum Committee, Public Relations Committee, Social Committee, Organizations Committee, and Service Committee.
