By KATHY LAPOINTE
Deep into the darkened sky,
There lies loneliness through the night.
My every step is a sound of fear,
Blackness in my sight.
I turn to find a face like mine
Reaching for something there.
It seems to look the way I feel
Needing people who love and care.
I reach to take its hand
Finding I am stopped by a mirror,
My thoughts are - suddenly banned
And I am left alone with fear.
