God's Blueprint Brings
Springtime Nearer
By JANET TEEVANS

Spring is an awareness which is experienced by all people, both young and old alike.

To some people spring is a time in which love blossoms and captivates the hearts of many. Others believe it has something to do with love and the awakening of the earth. It is a time when the trees and plants and most of the outdoor world must put on its green coat of shimmering delight.

This spring, which has been hindered by our ever powerful old man winter, proves to be an exciting one. Snow can be beautiful in small amounts, but too much will usually turn most people against it.

One of the many wonders of spring is the way animals sense this beginning. It happens so suddenly, but yet it happens as if God had a master blueprint worked out for all his animals to follow. The cheerful sound of birds chirping and the wonderful smell of fresh cut grass make you crave for this season of reawakening.
We seem to get a certain type of precipitation during this season called rain. As the saying goes, though, April showers bring May flowers; but sometimes too much rain can spoil their beauty. Of course, since there are so many beautiful wonders in spring, most annoyances go by unnoticed.

One hardship of the coming of spring which seems to affect students in school is daydreaming. Most students can't wait to jump out of their desks, run home, and go outside and goof around. Especially since they have no homework according to them. These symptoms of daydreaming and not doing homework is spring fever or an inability to stick to responsibilities when the weather outside is just too beautiful to be inside doing homework or housework.

These minor casualties of spring are actually just what they seem to be - minor, and they affect people differently. Spring is just a hard thing to be passed by unnoticed. It is a season in which people discontinue their daily, uninterrupted lives and to them add a little zest, fresh air, and sunshine.
