The Imaginary Invalid, this spring's Thespian play, has been cast; and rehearsals are already in progress. Performance nights are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, May 22, 23, and 24 at 8 p.m. in the auditorium.
Steve Pelinski '77 has earned the role of Argan, the imaginary invalid; and Toinette, his servant, is Mary Jo Zalabak '76.
Linda Hillstrom '75 will play the part of the adorable Angelique; and her lover, Cleante, will be played by Thom O'Donnell '76.
Two physicians, Monsieur Diafoirus and his son Thomas, will be Kevin Marquette '78 and Bruce Weaver '77. Betsy Forkins '76 will play the part of Argan's scheming wife Beline.
Joe Detzner '75 will portray Argan's brother, Beralde; and John Dalin '75 will play Monsieur Fleurant, the local druggist. Scott Peckenpaugh '76 will be Monsieur deBonnefoi, a notary conniving with Beline to get hold of Argan's money.
Amy Sheetz '78 will portray Louison, Argan's innocent little daughter. Another doctor, Monsieur Purgon, will be played by Mark Hamilton '75.
