Commission Chooses State Scholars

To be eligible one must take the A.C.T. examination, be a United States citizen, an Illinois resident, and a graduate of 1975.

Winners are determined by their A.C.T. sub‑scores, and high school rank‑in‑class at the end of six semesters.
