This year the traditional M‑Club basketball game will have a new look. Instead of the M‑Club members versing the Maine West faculty, it will be the Maine West faculty versus the Maine South faculty for the first game, and for the second game the Maine West M‑Club will play against the Maine South M‑Club members.

This means there will be two games instead of one, also both games will be played at each school so both schools can profit from it. The game at Maine West will take place on Tuesday, January 14, at 7 p.m. The game at Maine South is scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, also at 7 p.m.

The price for the tickets is $.50 for students and $1 for adults in advance. Prices of tickets bought at the door are $1 for students and $1.25 for adults.

Some of the faculty players are Mr. Jim Morel, Mr. Don Olson, Mr. Phil Kardasz, Mr. George Twardy and Mr. Les Jannush. Some of the M‑Club players are Phil Logsdon '75, Mike Bowersox '75, Scott Sykora '75, Glen Miller '75, and Ron Houston '75.

The head coach for Maine West faculty is Mr. Les Jannusch, and the head coach for M‑Club is Mr. Dan Carlson.

This is one of M‑Club's main money making events. The M‑Club intends to use the money made from the event for the universal gym, a weight lifting machine, and for a new popcorn machine. The main support of the club now is the concession stand at the regular season basketball games. Mr. Carlson, M‑Club sponsor, commented, "We changed the format this year because we felt it will bring out a bigger crowd which means more fun and more money for this event. It should be a good time.''
