Girl's Choice, "Friends and Lovers," will be held March 8 in the auditorium from 8 until 11 p.m. The tickets are now on sale for $3 a couple at the bookstore and at the head of the cafeteria during lunch periods.

The Student Council is sponsoring the dance. The committee chairmen are Mary Adams '76, publicity; Carolyn Wright '77 and Paulette Loch '76, tickets; Debbie Smith '78, refreshments; Noreen McGrath '77 and Pam Metz '77, entertainment; and Christine Brogmus '76, decorations. Punch and cookies will be served in A‑201.

The idea of the dance, according to Kathy Steinken '75, cording "is to bring a lover, and if you don't, at least bring a friend." She continued, "Last year the best attended dance was Girl's Choice; and with a title like 'Friends and Lovers,' we expect an even bigger turnout."

Brad Serani '75 said, "Students should go because it's going to be a dynamite event. Besides, it gives a guy a chance to see what it is like to be on the other side of a date."

Thom O'Donnell '76 related, "I appreciate the Student Council's interest in reversing the traditional male and female roles."
