VOL. XVI, NO. 9
FEBRUARY 28, 1975
Sophomore Class Council
Sponsors Party
The Sophomore PTC party is all ready for tomorrow night. Maine West will be bustling with fun and frolic from 7 to 10 p.m.

The activities planned include volleyball in B‑wing gym, roller skating in C‑wing gym, and dancing and refreshments in the cafeteria. A $2 donation was requested from all sophomore parents to cover the cost of refreshments which will be pizza, soda, and coffee for the adults. The rest of the money will be used for next year's Junior Prom.

All sophomores and their parents are encouraged to come. At the beginning of February the parents of all sophomores received letters informing them about the party.
The Sophomore Class Council worked hard to plan a fun party. Mark Salavitch '77, president of the council, said, "Hopefully, we'll have enough people to make the night enjoyable."

Debbie Speciale '77, secretary, commented, "I think it will be a lot of fun, and I hope a lot of people come and don't think it's stupid."

The PTC party is a good time to get together with other members of the class and their parents. It should be a success. Class sponsors are Mrs. Mary Smitham and Mr. Leslie Jannusch.
