Scholarship Offered To Carole Lambdin

How many people do you know who have been offered a total of four different scholarships and grants for college next year? Well, such a person is walking through the halls of Maine West every day. Carole Lambdin '76 has been offered a $500 Presidential scholarship to Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa.
She was also offered a $300‑a‑year scholarship and a grant from Rosary College in River Forest, Illinois. Carole plans to visit both colleges during spring vacation and make her decision between the two colleges.
Besides consistently making the honor roll during her three years at Maine West (Carole is an early graduate), she has been active in many clubs and after school activities.
As student director for the musical Oklahoma!, Carole put in many long, hard hours working on the show. She is also a member of the Varsity Debate Team, Colloquium, and secretary of the National Forensic League.
