West Tennis Team Loses
The Maine West girls' tennis lost to Glenbrook South on Oct. 2. For both singles and doubles matches the score was 6‑1.
The next meet is against Maine East. This will be a home game and begins at 4:15 p.m. Coach Royleen Tipton thinks her girls will defeat Maine East. Miss Tipton says, "We could win the rest of the games, but the hardest team that we have to beat will probably by Niles West.''

Right now the varsity squad is 2-2, and the junior varsity is 0-4.
