Computers Control Love Life
How's your love life? Still having trouble finding that "special person" of the opposite sex? Well, now you can sit back and let Computer Club do the work with their new computer dating service.

Sometime soon all homeroom teachers will receive a number of cards for those who are interested. On the cards will be such questions as "What Zodiac sign are you?" "What pets do you like?" and "If you were on a date, what would you like to do?"

After each card is turned in to the bookstore along with a $.50 fee, it makes its way to the Data Processing room where it is matched up with that of another person with similar interests, tastes, and romantic intentions. All matches will meet at the Computer Date Dance which will be held in the cafeteria on Dec. 5 after the basketball game.
The dance will start with a waiting period in the hallway on, either side of the cafeteria as sponsor, Miss Clara Symonds, president Alex Stagg, and other members of the club arrange the lines of eager students so that each one meets with the right partner. Then the dividing lines will be dropped, and the couples will have a chance to get to know each other until 11 p.m. when the dance will end. Other students will be able to attend the dance, but the cost will be $.75 per person, whereas the admission price for computer dates is included in the $.50 fee.

Miss Symonds said of the outcome of the dance, "It has to be great, because the enthusiasm is already so high.
