Pom Pon Promotes Spirit
Pom Pon is a squad of 19 girls who promote school spirit and provide half‑time entertainment at all home football, basketball, and occasionally soccer games.
The 1975-76 Pom Pon Squad consists of Mary Adams '76, Rose Adams '76, Cindy Miller '76, Dawn Peterson '76, Cheryl Romano '76, Jane Wyatt '76, Stephanie Darras '77, Debbie Finn '77, Kathy Gibbert '77, Cindy Kiehl '77, Kim Kochanski '77, Lee Kuhlman '77, Donna Milke '77, Patti Molitor '77, Anna Rossi '77, Linda Sherman '77, Linda Lombardo '78, Reggie Nero '78, and Ami Nyberg '78.

Ms. Linda Sargis is the sponsor of the Porn Pon Squad. Jane Wyatt is captain of the squad, and Mary Adams is co‑captain. The whole squad works together to make up the routines. The squad meets on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
The squad has several money making projects which include two car washes in the summer and the annual Powder Puff Football Game between the Pom Pon girls and the Cheerleaders. At the last Powder Puff game a part of the money they made went toward Christmas uniforms.
This year tryouts for the Porn Pon Squad will be held May 3-7. Judges will pick the squad according to their kicks, pep, appearance, motions, rhythm, and coordination.
