Isn't School a Drag
Isn't it a drag.

Finding out that you did your entire three and one‑half page English theme wrong.

Forgetting your lunch on top of your locker.

When you have nothing to do on a Friday or Saturday night.

When someone throws their lunchbag at you in the middle of eating your Suzy Q's.

Not making B honor roll because of a stupid C you received in a class you didn't even want to take.

When a teacher keeps threatening to lower your A because he keeps catching you talking.

Waiting in line in the washroom between periods.
Trying to leave in the middle of the day and getting stopped by the security guard.

When Thanksgiving comes the day before a wrestling meet and you're on a special diet.

When five of your best friends are trying to sell you either a candle or a fruitcake for their clubs and you feel obligated to buy one from each one of them..

Hearing how everyone else had such an excellent weekend; the high point of yours was a visit to grandma's house.

When you keep getting library notices for a book you returned three months ago.

When your teacher lectures about the class talking the entire period.

Waiting until you can graduate and never have to worry about these things.
