Aquiana Chooses Members
The new officers, who were elected last year, are Carolyn Matkovic '77, president; Lisa Holmbeck '78, vice-president; and Janet Krebs '77, secretary.
New Aquiana members were chosen on Tuesday, Oct. 5. Those selected were Nancy Aim '80, Kim Batka '79, Debbie Beck '78, Linda Benton '79, Kay Brennan '77, Donna Carstens '78, Heidi Cetkovic '80, Sue Carstens '80, Jo Ann Denk '79, and Karen Eschenbach '79.
Others are Kim Gound '77; Julie Gratz '77. LuAnn Hegner '78, Donna Hill '80, Lisa HoImbeck '78, Connie Huffaker '80,
The rest are Mary Morgan '80, Jane Mortenson '78, Beth Papucci '80. Lynn Paulsen '79, Linda Reppert '80, Sue Rieck '79, Margaret Roller '80, Kathy Schick '79, Heidi Schlatter '80, Sue Sullivan '78, Karen Tanka '78, and Wendy Winkelman '79. Miss Carroll said, "They seem really receptive to working hard and learning new things."
Miss Carroll is a graduate of Western Illinois University where she received a scholarship for swimming. She competed in swimming for 15 years and was ranked number one in the state. She also competed in synchronized swimming competition for four years and was ranked number two in the state.
