Never Give Up

By SHARON LANDUYT

Though your troubles may be many
And your joys are very few,
Never give up your problems;
There's a victory in store for you.

Even though you may try your best
But never win or gain,
You'll always have a purpose
A goal for you to claim.

Even when your spirits are down
And no one is on your side,
You'll always have that one thing;
You'll always have your pride.

So never believe that life is worthless,
And never believe that you are poor.
For what lies in the future,
No one knows for sure.
