This year's annual Junior Prom is scheduled for May 13 from 8:30 until 11:30 p.m. in the auditorium. The theme for this year's dance is "Paris in Springtime."

Tickets will be sold in the bookstore and during all lunch periods in the cafeteria. It will cost $4 for a couple to attend. The date when the tickets will be sold is yet to be decided.

The band Cotton Mouth has returned to provide music and entertainment for everyone attending.

The refreshments served at the dance will include a variety of different treats. Dan Martin and Beth Kostick, members of the Junior Class Student Council are working together for the refreshments. These Council members are also being helped by many parents.

Class Council members, Dave Ahlman and Dave Jackson, both juniors, have been planning and organizing the decorations for the dance. The dance will have the effect of a French atmosphere, so the theme "Paris in Springtime" can be achieved. All members on the Junior Prom committees have been working and planning this dance for several weeks. They are planning on a good turn out and fun for all.

Miss Stephanie Hays, class sponsor, added, "I hope that all juniors will support their class by attending the prom and having a good time."
