Maine West To Host
Annual Gymnastics Invitational
Maine West will host the fourth National High School All Around Gymnastics Invitational on Saturday, Apr. 22. The meet will consist of six boys and six girls who have outstanding accomplishments in gymnastics.

Heidi Croeber, age 16, is from Gathersburg, Maryland. In 1977 she competed in the USGF Senior Nationals and placed third in compulsary and twelfth in optionals.

Lori Erickson, age 16, is from Palatine, Illinois. In 1977 Lori placed first in all around and floor and bars and second in beam and vault in the Illinois State Championship.

Suellen League, age 15, is from Huntington Beach, California. In 1977 she placed first in all around at the Southern California Regionals.

Cheryl Micklo, age 15, is from West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. In 1977 she was a USGF all around finalist.

Jan Shelley, age 17, is from Mesa, Arizona. In 1976-77 she won the Outstanding Athlete of the Year award.
Joanne Sime, age 15, is from Silver Spring, Maryland. In 1976-77-78 Joanna was a member of the British National Team.

Phil Cahoy, age 16, is from Omaha, Nebraska. Phil placed second in all around at last year's High School Invitational.

Kelley Crumley, age 17, is from Addison, Illinois. He placed first in the 1978 Illinois State Championship in all around, high bar, and floor‑ex.

Jim Hartung, age 17, is from Omaha, Nebraska. Recently Jim and Pete Stout received gold medals at an invitational in Russia.

Peter Stout, age 16, is from Miami Shores, Florida. Peter places fifth in the 1977 USGF Nationals.

Scott Wilce, age 17, is from Lexington, Kentucky. In 1976 he placed fifth in all around at the Junior Olympics.
