Finals
Final exams are almost here. The finals for the seniors this year will be on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, June 5, 6, and 7. The finals for the underclassmen will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, June 13, 14, and 15. Tuesday tests will be periods 3, 5, 7; Wednesday periods are 1, 4, 8; and Thursday periods are 2, 6, 9.
Flapjack Breakfast
The Boy Scouts of Troop 114 will hold their Flapjack Breakfast to be held on Saturday, June 3, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church located at Howard and Lee Streets, Des Plaines. Tickets cost adults $2, children 6 to 12, $1, and children six and under, free. Tickets will be available at the door from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Scholarship Awarded
Due to an outstanding academic record, Susan Sullivan, a senior, has been awarded a Bradley University Special Scholarship worth $650 per year while at Bradley. To receive this distinction, students must be in the top 10 per cent of their graduating class and score at least a 28 on the ACT or a 1200 on the SAT. Susan intends to enroll at Bradley University in Peoria in the fall of 1978.
Memorial Day Weekend
This year's Memorial Day weekend will be a day longer than usual due to the different days Memorial Day is observed. This year's holiday will be May 27-30. School will resume on Wednesday, May 31.
