Students Want Pep Band For Full Basketball Game
Dear Editor:
This year we have a fine basketball team which already has presented us with many thrilling games. The fans of this sport again seem to be coming to the games in great numbers to help and urge the team to victory. However, some people feel that the game is played for only one half, and at the end of that half they depart. The group of "fans" we speak of is none other than our "fantastic" Pep Band, who once again has come while they could and left casually after the first half. They can be of great support to the team when they are there, but to see them get up and walk out is hoping that they would not come at all. They say, you know - go all the way or don't go at all. We hope they'll think about it.
