Top Hits For Coming Year
BY REGGIE NERO

It seems that the first of the year always brings us a rush of new albums. Styx latest, "Grand Illusion,'' is increasing in popularity, currently second from the top. Kansas' follow-up to "Left Overture" "Point of Know Return," is slowly moving up the charts. Queen and ELO have new releases, "News of the World" and "Out of the Blue."

For the mellow listeners there's Rod Stewarts' "Foot Loose and Fancy Free" and the soundtrack from "Saturday Night Fever." Dave Mason's "Let It Flow" certainly has to be mentioned. The ever‑popular and still number one, "Rumors," by Fleetwood Mac is always worth listening to.

For the hard rock fans Kiss is back with "Kiss Alive II.'' Aerosmith has yet another hit, "Draw The Line." Cheap Trick's latest, "In Color" has all you could ask for in an album - a sure hit! Things to look forward to are the soundtrack from "Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band" by Peter Frampton which should be out in spring and also a double live album by Ted Nugent, soon to be released, is sure to attract a lot of attention.
